Ultrasound is a safe, non-invasive diagnostic tool that allows our veterinary team to take a closer look at your pet’s internal organs and soft tissues in real time. Unlike X-rays, which provide a still image, ultrasound allows us to evaluate the structure, size, movement, and appearance of internal organs without surgery.

Ultrasound may be recommended to investigate changes found on bloodwork or X-rays, evaluate ongoing symptoms, or gain additional information about your pet’s abdominal organs, including the liver, kidneys, bladder, spleen, gastrointestinal tract, and more.
